About us
Our team currently consists of 5 technicians with many years of experience in the field of automation and maintenance of automation machines. We have trained electrical engineers, mechanics and specialists for individual types of machines. In the case of events of a larger scale, we cooperate with other certified experienced technicians. We also offer the distribution of spare parts for individual machines.

We provide quick service interventions in the event of machine malfunctions, e.g. detection or removal of the cause of the malfunction with identification of the defective part and its subsequent replacement.
We supply spare parts for machines from various manufacturers. Part of the supply of spare parts can also be their replacement itself, guaranteeing the problem-free functionality of the supplied parts.
We carry out inspections of machines and lines with condition evaluation and selection of necessary parts for maintenance. As part of our services, we also perform machine maintenance to minimize the risk of breakdowns and downtime during the season.
We arrange process modifications to achieve higher speed by modifying machine parameters, reprogramming the exchange of signals between machines when they are replaced, or changing software logic for their optimal functioning or changes based on customer wishes.
We provide performance audits to achieve higher efficiency, on the basis of which we can recommend other procedures to increase performance. We also offer the possibility of electronic audits, during which the up-to-dateness of the backed-up software and its status in the PLC are checked with the aim of adjusting energy consumption.
We ensure and carry out the installation of new technologies - e.g. unloading machines from trucks, placement in the hall, mechanical assembly, pipe work, cabling incl. connection and preparation for commissioning. We can also provide professional dismantling of older machines in case of their sale, including subsequent installation at the end customer.
